Coins sold in UZU are prepaid payment instruments for own business as defined in the Payment Services Act of Japan.

The number of coins you have purchased. The number of coins and the price of each item are shown on the coin purchase screen in the app.

Expiration

Purchased coins (regular coins) do not expire.
Limited-time coins granted through campaigns and the like expire on the date we set when granting them. You can check it on the coin screen in the app.

Paid content we provide in UZU (playing and spectating scenarios, additional content, etc.)

How to Check Your Unused Balance

Tap the coin balance at the top of the app menu to open the coin screen, where you can check the balance of your regular coins and limited-time coins.

Notes on Use

  1. Coins cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  2. If you hold both regular and limited-time coins, limited-time coins are used first.
  3. Coins cannot be transferred, lent, or sold to any third party, including other users.
  4. If you lose your account, for example by deleting it or having it suspended, any unused coins expire.
  5. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before purchasing coins.
